The brief
The owners wanted one system for winter and summer and no more oil deliveries. The old furnace was oversized and the ducts leaked into the attic.
What we did
We sealed and re-ran the main trunk line, installed a variable-speed heat pump with a matched air handler, and removed the oil tank on day two.
The result
The house is even in temperature from floor to floor and the equipment is quiet enough to forget about.
