We collect the details you give us on our forms and calls: your name, address, phone number, email and a description of the job. We use them to quote, schedule and carry out your work, and to send your invoice and warranty.

We do not sell your details. We share them only with people who need them to do the job, such as the technician assigned to your visit and our payment provider.

Call recordings on the emergency line are kept for 90 days for training and dispute resolution. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@ashgrove.example.

Terms of service

A quote is valid for 30 days. Once you approve it in writing, the price is fixed unless you agree a change. Deposits, where used, are shown on the quote and credited on the final invoice.

Payment is due when the work is complete and you are satisfied. Cancellations more than 24 hours before a booked visit are free; later cancellations may incur a small booking fee shown on your confirmation.

Emergency call-outs are charged at the flat emergency rate quoted to you on the phone before we dispatch.

Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period on your quote, up to five years on most repairs and installs, ten on roofs and panels. If something we did fails within that time, we return and fix it at no cost.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and passed on to you. We register equipment for you where the maker allows.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, other contractors or events such as floods and storms. If you are unsure, call us and ask.
